The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior level federal management. This is a remote position, but candidates are preferred to be located in the greater Washington D.C. area. Responsibilities Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and initiate appropriate follow-up with individuals responsible for completion of action items on schedule. Manage federal managers’ calendars and schedule and support scheduling conference rooms and virtual meetings. Manage Director’s daily schedule by pre-gathering required materials from attendees or compile hand-outs when required. Manage weekly senior staff meetings by initiating agenda items, facilitating, and establish system to monitor action items generated. Support travel coordination for federal management, including booking travel and processing expense requests. Qualifications B.S. with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments from multiple people in busy work environment. Work independently and perform duties with a customer service attitude. Ability to work collaboratively across the organization. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. Active DOD Secret clearance.
