This position oversees all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation and maintenance of Logan Health's compliance and privacy programs. What You'll Do • Support leaders and team members across the organization by advancing compliance and privacy program. • Contribute to projects that involve risk assessments, monitoring, and auditing, and utilizing data driven decision making. • Provide clear, practical supportive guidance on compliance and privacy regulations. • Work with a collaborative team that shares knowledge, balances priorities, and supports each other's growth. • Contribute to education, training, and resources that strengthen a learning culture of compliance and privacy practices. • Stay up to date on state and federal regulations and bring that knowledge into daily practice applying them to real-world situations. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who brings strong character, professionalism, and curiosity to their work. If you are collaborative, approachable, and motivated to learn, you will thrive here. Preferred background and skills include: • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Experience leading projects and working with diverse teams. • Previous compliance or privacy experience, ideally in healthcare, but not required. Skills gained in industries like banking, insurance, aviation, technology, or government can also be a strong fit. • Interest in obtaining a professional compliance or privacy certification, with support to achieve it within two years of qualifying for certification. Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
