Metric & Data Analyst Sr Staff What You Will Be Doing In this role you will lead data analytics for the Production Control team in the ADP. Our ideal candidate is someone who can: Provide strong and supportive data and metrics to support production and non-production activities Understand and anticipate the program's needs, and drive priorities based on that information Maintain and improve interactive data analytics dashboards to measure & improve operations performance Collect, analyze, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key stakeholders Act as a liaison between the customer and organizations to meet schedule objectives, ensuring that data and metrics are aligned with customer needs Present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making Perform data validation and maintain integrity of dashboards & databases Maintain and optimize current Tableau dashboards Develop and automate data pipelines/structures Complete Ad-hoc research request from senior leadership Generate and document Business processes and procedures Active Secret Clearance required to apply What's In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend!
