We are seeking a talented and motivated Control Account Manager to join our team supporting the iconic F-16 fighter jet program. What You Will Be Doing As a Control Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the financial and technical performance of a major program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive program success and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on earned value management, you will analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure program goals are met. Earned Value Management: Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope. Performance Analysis: Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis, define root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. Leadership Reporting: Prepare comprehensive EVMS presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews, including Executive Vice President-level briefings. Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for the assigned build areas. Schedule Optimization: Maintain SWBS Station Forecast Starts/Completes in SAP and IMS and mitigate schedule impacts through Critical Path analysis.
