Job description: Job Overview We’re seeking a part-time Receptionist to great clients and answer phones. This role involves managing front-office duties with an emphasis on client service, confidentiality, and executive-level communication. Duties As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: • Greet clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner. • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Ask screening questions to identify appropriate legal issues. • Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff to relay messages. • Schedule client meetings, consultations, and conference room bookings. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and court documents. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby and conference room. • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, or data entry. • Ordering and replenishing office supplies. • Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment. • Ensure all client and case information remains confidential. Experience Qualified candidates should have: • At least 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience in an office setting. Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous. • Proficient use of various software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Office Suite. • Some familiarity with legal terms and documents. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
