(Commission-Based) Global Role (U.S. + International) Role Overview LockedIn HQ is hiring a Global Head of Institutional Sales & Licensing to secure partnerships with schools, universities, academies, clubs, and athletic organizations worldwide. This is a revenue-driving leadership role focused on closing bulk subscription and licensing agreements that onboard athletes at scale through organization-level partnerships. Core Objective Secure institutional agreements that provide full-program access to LockedIn HQ. Examples: • Universities onboarding entire athletic departments • International academies onboarding all athletes • High school programs onboarding teams • Clubs and federations onboarding development pipelines Key Responsibilities Institutional Partnership Development • Identify and target global schools, academies, clubs, and athletic organizations • Build relationships with athletic directors and program leaders • Close annual licensing and bulk subscription agreements Revenue & Pipeline Management • Develop scalable institutional pricing packages • Build and manage outbound institutional pipeline • Conduct demos and platform walkthroughs • Track activity and deal flow within CRM Global Expansion • Expand LockedIn HQ into international institutional markets • Establish regional institutional pipelines • Identify high-value expansion opportunities Success Profile • Experience in institutional sales, sports partnerships, or education sales • Strong relationship-building and closing ability • Comfortable operating in commission-based, performance-driven structure • Global network is a plus
