Lochner - learn more about us Your Impact: • Preparation of general correspondence (letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, bid tabs, cost estimates, notes, agendas, etc.) • Supports engineering staff with contract document edits, project bidding process, grant applications • Process documents to ensure completeness and accuracy including proofing documents for content, correct grammar and punctuation • Prepares and organizes the reproduction of documents under instruction from staff, which may include researching and gathering information from various sources to assemble complex reports • Make redlined changes to specifications • Assist Engineers in creating addendums • Make edits to library, master Eng. Design Reports and Final Report Templates • Update all in house projects with FAA library changes • Submit for advertisement, DBE Public Notice, Invitation for Bids and Legal Notices or Notices of Contractors Settlement • Maintain Records, Electronic Filing system • Assists all staff in all other duties and tasks that are assigned • Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to one or more project teams. • Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat • Must be able to prioritize workload independently • Ability to use independent judgment to perform a wide variety of tasks in a professional manner Who you are: • Interpersonal and client relationship skills. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Utilize independent judgement. • Initiative to learn new skills and take on new tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam • Knowledge and experience in Deltek Vision are preferred. • Familiarity with email scheduling tools • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies • Minimum High School Diploma / 2 years of college preferred or greater but would consider equivalent experience within the AEC Industry.
