Localize is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company. As a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will execute data-driven campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You combine analytical thinking with creative experimentation, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing to drive measurable results. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign execution across inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs while coordinating with vendors and running MVP (minimum viable product) marketing experiments. You’ll work as part of an Agile marketing team, iterating quickly, collaborating cross-functionally, and prioritizing impact. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid, and lifecycle channels. Support day-to-day paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for conversions and ROI. Manage the company’s social media program Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Design, Product, Sales, etc.) to develop and launch creative assets, landing pages, and email workflows. Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, etc.) and pipeline influence. Continuously test and optimize messaging, audience segments, and creative assets to improve outcomes. Outbound & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execute targeted outbound and ABM campaigns in collaboration with Sales and the Director of Marketing. Build and manage personalized multi-touch sequences (email, LinkedIn, ads) to engage key accounts and decision-makers. Maintain and refine target account lists, leveraging intent data and firmographics to improve precision. Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and AEs to coordinate outreach, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Report on ABM metrics such as account engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution. Social Media Management Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Develop and schedule posts that amplify our brand with target audiences. Collaborate with design on creative assets. Monitor social performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, etc) and optimize based on insights. Maintain a proactive posting cadence that reinforces brand visibility and supports lead generation. Coordinate paid social experiments or campaigns, when appropriate, with the Growth Marketer counterpart. Website Management Maintain and update website content to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign initiatives. Develop and publish blogs landing pages, case studies, and other web assets. Use CMS tools (e.g., Webflow, or similar) to manage pages and optimize for SEO and conversion. Track web performance and recommend improvements to user flow, messaging, and UX. Ensure website content supports lead generation, product positioning, and key business priorities. Localize automatically deploys those translations to the customer's production site, reducing development costs and accelerating time to market. We are a team of ~30 people working fully remote.
