We are Zero Heroes, a Clothing & Jewelry Brand. In this part time position, You will lead and execute our brand’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the fashion industry, digital marketing, and brand positioning. www.zeroheroes.us https://www.instagram.com/zeroheroes.us/ Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with brand goals, seasonal launches, and sales targets. • Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all channels, ensuring high-quality creative output. • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, influencer, PR, events), • Oversee content creation, editorial calendars, and social media strategies to grow online presence and engagement. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, editors, and media outlets to increase brand visibility. • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaign performance. • Work closely with design, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing aligns with product drops, retail plans, and customer journeys. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field • 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector • Proven ability to plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns • Experience in content marketing • Skills in media, content, analytics, and digital data • Social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter) • Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, social media, and influencer marketing • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc., is a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
