Job Title: Senior Producer - Experiential (Temp to Staff) Company Overview: Local Projects, LLC is a pioneering experiential design firm known for creating immersive and innovative environments that engage audiences worldwide. Role Overview: As a Senior Producer at Local Projects, you will lead interdisciplinary design projects from conception through delivery, ensuring impactful and boundary-pushing experiences. You will work closely with creative leadership to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams, driving excellence in every phase of production. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage complex experiential design projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to align project goals and execution. - You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. - You will communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain transparency and satisfaction. - You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - You will mentor and support junior producers and team members to foster professional growth. - You will implement best practices and innovative production techniques to enhance project quality. - You will contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal creation and client presentations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential production or related fields. - Proven track record managing large-scale, interdisciplinary design projects. - Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a creative agency or design studio. - Knowledge of emerging technologies in experiential design. - Background in client-facing roles with strong negotiation skills. - Familiarity with sustainability practices in production.
