Job Title: Senior Producer - Experiential (Temp to Staff) Company Overview: Local Projects, LLC is a pioneering experiential design firm known for creating immersive and innovative environments that engage audiences worldwide. Role Overview: As a Senior Producer at Local Projects, you will lead interdisciplinary design projects from conception through delivery, ensuring impactful and boundary-pushing experiences. You will work closely with creative leadership to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams, driving excellence in every aspect of production. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage complex experiential design projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to align project goals and execution. - You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. - You will identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges proactively to maintain project momentum. - You will foster strong client relationships, communicating progress and managing expectations effectively. - You will mentor and support junior producers and team members, promoting professional growth. - You will ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with the company’s creative vision. - You will contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential production or related fields. - Proven track record managing large-scale, interdisciplinary design projects. - Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with immersive technology and interactive media. - Background in design, architecture, or related creative disciplines. - Familiarity with client-facing roles and business development. - Knowledge of sustainability practices in experiential design.
