Job Title: Senior Producer - Experiential (Temp to Staff) Company Overview: Local Projects, LLC is a pioneering experiential design firm dedicated to creating immersive and innovative environments that engage audiences worldwide. Role Overview: As a Senior Producer at Local Projects, you will lead interdisciplinary design projects from conception through delivery, ensuring impactful and boundary-pushing experiences. You will work closely with creative leadership to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams, driving excellence in every phase of production. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage complex experiential design projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to align project goals and execution. - You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. - You will communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and project scope. - You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - You will mentor and support junior producers and team members to foster professional growth. - You will implement best practices and innovative production techniques to enhance project quality. - You will contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal creation and client presentations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in producing experiential or interdisciplinary design projects. - Strong project management skills with proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. - Experience working in collaborative, creative environments with cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with digital and interactive media production. - Familiarity with design software and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project. - Background in cultural or museum exhibition production. - Knowledge of emerging trends in experiential design and technology.
