Job Title: Senior Producer - Experiential (Temp to Staff) Company Overview: Local Projects, LLC is a pioneering experiential design firm known for creating immersive and innovative environments that engage audiences worldwide. Role Overview: As a Senior Producer at Local Projects, you will lead interdisciplinary design projects from conception through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage complex experiential design projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to align project goals and execution. - You will oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. - You will communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. - You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - You will mentor and support junior producers and team members to foster professional growth. - You will drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions. - You will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or production within experiential design, museums, or related fields. - Proven ability to manage large-scale, interdisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders. - Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams and clients. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a creative agency or design consultancy. - Background in technology integration or interactive media production. - Familiarity with museum exhibition design and fabrication processes. - PMP or equivalent project management certification.
