This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Colorado (USA) IMM is seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager (Client Experience Manager) with previous experience in a project management and or account relations role at a digital-focused agency, brand, or similar environment. Our ideal candidate is a natural organizer who thrives in fast-paced settings, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage the day-to-day execution of client projects seamlessly. You are passionate about understanding your clients’ businesses, anticipating needs, and ensuring every deliverable is executed on time, with precision, and to the highest standard of quality and accuracy. You enjoy working closely with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving forward. While you understand the larger goals of a campaign or project, you’re energized by the detailed work—like managing timelines, databases, and feedback cycles—that makes those campaigns successful. This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washinton DC, and Puerto Rico • Relocation assistance is not provided. A Day in the Life: You’ll develop a solid understanding of your clients’ business and processes to help keep work organized and moving smoothly. You'll manage project timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams, ensuring communication is clear and work stays on track. You’ll utilize project management tools, status sheets, and written communication to keep teams aligned and informed. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented—your ability to juggle multiple workstreams, track down answers, and follow through is what ensures a high-quality client experience. Specifically, you will: • Work with cross-functional teams to track and deliver work that supports client goals, using project management tools like Asana to ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear. • Support team leads in preparing and facilitating client meetings, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills. • Leverage research, internal documentation, and team input to make informed recommendations or updates—particularly related to SEO, paid media, or website operations. • Use CMS tools to publish content and update client websites—such as store hours, banners, and other business information—and occasionally assist in publishing organic social content. • Communicate clearly and consistently in client meetings, project updates, and internal follow-ups—supporting smooth collaboration across teams. • Travel approximately 10–15% of the time for client meetings and events. • Ensure deliverables are client-ready, accurate, on time and on budget. • Stay in tune with the client’s brand and priorities to ensure consistency across deliverables. • Collaborate with strategy leads to support digital initiatives that may include media, SEO, website updates, or analytics. • Support senior leadership and account leads by tracking progress against client goals and helping prepare for upcoming planning cycles. Requirements Here's what you need to get our attention: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work relevant experience • 3–5 years of experience in account/project management roles at a digital-focused agency, brand, or similar environment—with at least 1 year at the Manager level • Experience managing or mentoring others is a plus, but not required • Comfortable working within and developing structured processes and systems, managing detailed timelines, deliverables, and client communication • Familiarity with digital disciplines such as SEO, paid media, and website content operations—and how to support them through project execution • Examples of successfully supporting performance-driven work, where KPIs or timelines were critical to success Our Ideal Candidate Is: • Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and pride in being reliable and responsive. • An excellent communicator—clear, respectful, and professional in both written updates and verbal check-ins. • Confident leading meetings and keeping groups aligned—whether in person or virtually. • Comfortable working with client data to help track progress, flag issues, or support reporting. • Has proven experience building strong, trusted relationships by following through, following up, and staying consistent. • Is collaborative in nature, asking the right questions to keep things moving smoothly. • Stays organized and calm under pressure—even when juggling multiple workstreams across 5–10 projects. • Is highly solutions-oriented mindset, always looking for better ways to work and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. • Has an inherent understanding of what matters to the client’s end customer and reflect that in how you approach project work.
