Role: Regional Account Manager - MI, OH, IN Location: Remote (In Territory) Employment Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our team! This is a full-time, remote outside sales role covering Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. As a Regional Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within your region. You’ll develop strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires regular performance reporting and collaboration with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Provide regular reporting on account performance. Qualifications • Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and business development. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and related technology tools (ZoomInfo). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Relevant experience in transportation and logistics preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Must be located in the assigned Region.
