LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. Location: JBSA Randolph, TX Job Description: The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for the development, standardization, and continual improvement of all instructional materials within the CRAFT program. This individual ensures instructional effectiveness and curriculum alignment. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage development and revision of all syllabi, lesson plans, and courseware. Coordinate feedback from CRAFT staff and submit updates for approval. Ensure curriculum alignment with scientific best practices and mission needs. Track review cycles and updates using project management software. Implement iterative and continuous process improvement practices. Support research initiatives and curriculum-related data collection in coordination with the CRAFT program office. Attend, assist planning, and present at summits, training events, and DV visits as requested. Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Performance, Education, or related field. 5+ years of experience in curriculum design and instructional delivery. Familiarity with tactical or aviation training environments. Current CPR and AED certification. Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software. Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
