Support paid media campaigns through landing page updates, KPI analysis, and ad optimization.
At least 1 year of digital marketing or paid advertising experience, familiarity with Google Ads, analytical skills, and good communication.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Ads Support Specialist to join our client’s paid media team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on supporting Google Ads execution, landing page optimization, campaign reporting, and KPI tracking. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure advertising performance remains aligned with acquisition goals. Build and update landing pages aligned with campaign goals Create weekly reports in Looker Studio; analyze campaign KPIs Monitor ad budget pacing and performance Help qualify inbound leads and score call quality Conduct keyword research for campaigns and new accounts Perform Google Ads optimizations: search terms, bid adjustments, ad copy updates Participate in internal and client calls to review campaign performance Qualifications 1+ year of digital marketing or paid advertising experience Familiar with Google Ads and foundational campaign structure Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers Organized and reliable with attention to detail Communication skills for client meetings and performance updates Preferred Skills Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting platforms CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Familiarity with call/conversion tracking setup Interest in behavioral health and wellness marketing is a plus Health, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave 20+ days PTO, unlimited sick time, paid holidays EAP, wellness resources, LifeMart discounts Gift cards for birthdays, work anniversaries, performance milestones Optional: STD, LTD, life insurance, pet benefits
