Helping our clients, our teams, and our communities create this positive change is our mission, our purpose—our “why.” LMD seeks a seasoned Associate Video Producer who will produce videos for LMD’s client. As an Associate Video Producer, duties include securing the rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the film set, and overseeing post-production tasks like editing and video animation. This role requires superior organizational skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Experience with Law Enforcement is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with LMD’s Video Department, Account Managers, and Client to develop schedules for • production and post-production. • Integrate with LMD’s internal team to support LMD’s video and client needs and expectations. • Secure locations and acquire necessary documentation and permits. • Secure outside production facilities based on the LMD’s needs. • Manage all finances and reconciliations on all productions. • Acquire quotes, invoices, and all required pre-production documentation from vendors to be • reviewed by the accounting team if needed. • Work with production crew and post-production staff to develop workflows and procedures that keep schedules flexible and on time. • Familiarity with deliverables in social formats and slated/unslated forms, closed/open captioning, • 508 compliance, etc. Qualifications • Must be a U.S. citizen. • Must be in the DMV, willing and able to travel to LMD’s Headquarters in • Columbia, Maryland, and be willing to travel nationwide on location shoots. • Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience. • Currently holds, or is able to obtain, DHS Fitness Determination. JOB LOCATION • This is a hybrid position with some work required at LMD’s Headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, and travel to shooting locations nationwide. Some weekend work is required.
