Living Stones Foundation Living Stones Foundation is seeking a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Volunteer – Unpaid) to lead our digital communication efforts, strengthen our global presence, and support the growth of high-impact social innovation projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to global impact while working with an international, multidisciplinary, and multicultural team. About Living Stones Foundation Living Stones Foundation empowers nonprofits and communities through digital transformation, data-driven innovation, and sustainable social impact initiatives across Latin America, the United States, and Canada. Our volunteer team includes more than 70 professionals and graduate students from Top 20 U.S. and Canadian universities, specializing in AI, data science, digital platforms, marketing, design, and international development. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. • Define growth objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks. • Conduct audience and market analysis to inform messaging, content, and positioning. • Ensure strategic alignment with the Foundation’s global mission and impact goals. 2. Content Creation & Social Media Management • Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of digital content (posts, videos, newsletters, blog articles, and multimedia). • Manage and strengthen engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website channels. • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all Foundation communications. • Drive storytelling that highlights volunteer achievements, project milestones, and social impact narratives. 3. Website & SEO Optimization • Oversee website updates, content improvements, and UX enhancements. • Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic reach. • Collaborate with technical teams to improve performance, accessibility, and navigation. 4. Digital Campaigns & Community Engagement • Design and execute digital campaigns for volunteer recruitment, partnerships, and global initiatives. • Analyze campaign performance and report actionable insights to leadership. • Build and nurture global digital communities aligned with the Foundation’s mission. 5. Design Leadership & Creative Oversight • Lead and coordinate multicultural design teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and creative volunteers. • Review, approve, and provide direction on graphic materials, digital assets, and visual content. • Ensure that all creative pieces meet the highest standards of professionalism, brand consistency, and visual quality. • Establish clear workflows, brand guidelines, and quality criteria for all design deliverables. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Program Managers, technical teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities. • Support communication needs for presentations, reports, and institutional documents. Candidate Requirements Education & Experience • Background in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Business, or related fields. • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or social media management. • Experience managing design teams or leading creative workflows is strongly preferred. Skills • Spanish required (advanced). • Bilingual English proficiency for international coordination. • Expertise in content strategy, storytelling, social media growth, analytics, and SEO. • Ability to evaluate and direct professional-level graphic design work. • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms. • Strong leadership skills for guiding multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Availability • 15 hours per week (flexible, remote). • Unpaid volunteer position.
