The Opportunity We are seeking highly driven Recruitment and Business Development professionals, motivated to gain complete control over their level of success. Being a remote opportunity, successful applicants will need their own laptop and be able to dedicate a minimum of 2-3 hours a day to business development activities and calling potential customers. With the support of a diverse global community, thorough and ongoing training is provided by industry experts. Specialised tools and platforms are in place to allow you to start working the hours of your choice immediately. What You'll Do • Attend live training and team calls via Zoom • Write and place online ads on the platforms of your choice • Research and experiment with new business development methods • Respond to online enquiries by phone and email • Provide relevant information to potential customers • Enter additional details into a customer management system • Train and mentor new team members • Set your own goals and KPI’s • Use multiple systems to complete daily tasks • Attend in-person training and team building days (optional) • Engage in personal/professional development of your choice • Enjoy the challenge and have fun What We're Looking For To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: • 10+ years of work experience • a thirst for learning and an interest in personal/professional development • Strong communication skills • A solid work ethic • A proactive attitude • A determined nature • A willingness to train and mentor others • The ability to work independently • A strong desire to succeed!
