Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Chief Operating Officer at Living Healthy Products, located on-site in Madison Heights, MI. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient company processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring organizational goals are achieved effectively and within budget constraints. Qualifications • Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. • Proven experience in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments. • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities. • Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to effectively manage company financials and oversee resource allocation. • Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and with stakeholders. • Experience in change management and scalability planning is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
