What’s my new career opportunity? As the VP Account Management, Americas, you will lead Livewire’s U.S. Account Management team, reporting to the EVP Sales, Americas. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing function that ensures every client engagement is delivered to the highest standard, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape how Livewire partners with major global brands after the sale: orchestrating flawless execution of integrated gaming campaigns, ensuring clients see measurable results, and acting as the senior point of escalation and partnership. You’ll also coach and mentor your team to become trusted advisors in the fast-evolving gaming marketing landscape. What will I be responsible for delivering? • Lead, grow, and inspire the Americas Account Management team to deliver excellence across campaign delivery, client service, and partnership outcomes. • Serve as the senior relationship lead for key U.S. agency and brand clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention. • Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns—including in-game, influencers, live streaming, social, branded content, CTV, and UGC game integrations and world builds—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and on strategy. • Champion client growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales. • Partner with Ad Operations, Strategy, Creative, and Production to design and deliver seamless campaign experiences. • Drive operational rigor across financial reconciliation, invoicing, and campaign reporting. • Use campaign data and insights to optimize performance, inform future strategy, and position Livewire as a thought leader. • Act as the “voice of the client” internally, driving continuous improvement in products, services, and processes. • Represent the Americas region within the global Client Solutions community, sharing best practice and aligning on delivery standards. What do I need to bring? • - 8+ years’ experience in client solutions / account management / client success within advertising, media, or gaming. • - Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams. • - Deep knowledge of gaming and gaming marketing, with the ability to translate complex ideas into client value. • - Evidence of managing large-scale, multi-channel advertising campaigns with major U.S. brands and agencies. • - Expertise in influencer/streamer activations, branded content, and live streaming. • - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder timelines. • - Understanding of direct IO and programmatic ad operations within the broader campaign ecosystem. • - Commercial acumen to spot upsell opportunities, balanced with a client-first mindset. • - Experience thriving in ambitious, fast-scaling businesses.
