Summary The Regional Sales Director will be tasked with leading a team of approximately 8-12 Account Executives and Clinical Liaisons to ensure the achievement of revenue targets across LiveWell network agencies. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring effective sales that meet/exceed industry sales forecasts and goals. The Regional Sales Director is an integral part of the sales leadership team that provides key insight into the development of the commercial strategy. Primary Responsibilities: • Direct training, coaching, and direction of Account Executives/Clinical Liaisons and potential future roles within the region. • Identify and hire for expansion markets and open territories within the region. • Conduct quarterly/annual business review and planning sessions with each Account Executive in the region. • Conduct 2 field rides per quarter with each Account Executive at a Minimum. • Relationship-selling, partnering, and managing accounts. • Identify and build relationships with key leaders and customers to uncover opportunities that enhance product line performance. • Submit weekly/monthly reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs for each area. Assist the Account Executives in developing and selling to new accounts. • Help ensure the success of sales/marketing plans and objectives through sales efforts directed towards sales associates and customers. • Collaborate with the LiveWell Partners internal team to help further develop a commercial strategy. • Fiscal budgetary responsibility. • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in post-acute healthcare sales, medical device, medical products sales experience, healthcare or pharmaceutical. • Proven sales management experience or field sales trainer experience leading teams in new and disruptive product sales. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits. • This position requires over 25% travel.
