Healthcare Project Manager The Healthcare Project Manager plays a critical role in leading and delivering complex healthcare projects that drive meaningful results for clients. This position requires strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing processes to achieve high-quality outcomes. The Purpose of Your Role The purpose of the Healthcare Project Manager role is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects by aligning resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and project performance. This role is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and supporting organizational goals through effective project leadership. The Qualifications We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent years of work experience. • 3+ years of proven project management experience, ideally within healthcare or client-facing environments. • 5+ years of experience in customer service and client account support; specific client experience preferred. • PMP certification preferred; certification in project management disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira). • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment. • Superior multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical mindset with effective decision-making supported by analytical and technical skills. • Experience analyzing complex data sets to extract actionable insights. • Proven problem-solving capabilities, especially in healthcare-regulated environments. • Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimization. • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to high-quality client satisfaction. • Skilled in fostering trust through effective client interactions and expectation management. • Collaborative, team-oriented, and able to motivate others. • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. • Decisive under pressure and in high-stakes environments. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing change. • Strong adaptability in rapidly changing business environments. • Availability during program-required hours with flexibility for adjustments and on-call support. • Ability to develop high-quality and impactful executive-level presentations and project collateral.
