Liventia is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue and expand market presence across the Northern San Joaquin Valley, one of California’s most important agricultural regions. This role is for a proven seller—someone who understands how to build pipelines, manage relationships, follow up relentlessly, and close business over a long sales cycle. While agronomic familiarity is helpful, this role prioritizes sales execution, organization, and relationship management over deep technical field expertise. Core Responsibilities Sales Execution & Territory Growth • Own and grow revenue across the Northern San Joaquin Valley territory • Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline from lead to close • Drive product adoption through trials, demonstrations, and follow-up • Convert trials into commercial adoption and repeat business • Maintain consistent contact with growers, PCAs, and key influencers Relationship & Network Development • Leverage and expand an existing network of growers, PCAs, and ag professionals • Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with customers • Represent Liventia professionally in the field, at meetings, and industry events • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers throughout the season Distributor & Team Collaboration • Support distributor sales teams on a day-to-day basis within the territory • Coordinate activity, follow-ups, and field presence alongside Liventia leadership • Work collaboratively as part of a small, growing sales team • Share insights, feedback, and market intelligence with internal stakeholders CRM, Reporting & Follow-Up Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for: • Meetings and field visits • Opportunities and trials • Follow-ups and next steps Demonstrate strong organization, follow-through, and accountability Qualifications & Experience · Strong agricultural sales experience (crop inputs, biologicals, ag services, or related) · Proven ability to sell, manage pipelines, and close business · CRM experience strongly preferred · Existing network of industry contacts is a major plus · Organized, self-directed, and disciplined with follow-up · Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills · Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
