What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-driven leadership roles. • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver measurable results. • Strong consultative communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with client lifecycle and retention strategies. • Comfort with CRM systems and digital platforms (training provided). • U.S. or Canada-based with reliable internet access.
