Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech,Revolut. About the Role As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind how customers experience Flow. You'll own the end-to-end implementation process — from onboarding to go-live — working directly with customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your frontline insights will directly shape the product. What You'll Do Drive end-to-end implementations of Flow, managing timelines, migrations, and configurations to get customers live quickly and confidently. Be the customer's go-to person throughout the implementation journey, delivering a white-glove experience that sets them up for long-term success. Spend significant time on-site with customers, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support as they transition from legacy systems. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements, acting as the voice of the customer internally. Build and refine implementation playbooks and processes as we scale. What We're Looking For Experience in implementation, customer success, or consulting roles — Ideally in accounting, finance, or ERP software. Someone who thrives in front of customers and is comfortable being on-site regularly. Strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple implementations without dropping the ball. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams to get things done. Comfort with ambiguity — we're building something new, and you'll help define how implementations work as we grow. You must have fundamental Accounting knowledge to succeed in this role. The location for this role can either be New York, NY Austin, Texas Remote, USA
