About the Role As LiveFlow’s first Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll own and elevate our brand across every channel and touchpoint. This is a high visibility role reporting directly to our CEO, Lasse, and it will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand and how the world perceives us. You’ll collaborate across nearly every team to ensure our brand remains consistent—whether in our product design, engineering principles, sales meetings, office environment, or any other touchpoint where people experience LiveFlow. Every detail matters, no matter how small. You’ll be at the heart of our next chapter, helping us craft our brand narrative and visual identity that reflect the scale of our ambition. What You’ll Do Define and shape our brand strategy - what we stand for, how we communicate, where we show up, and what our personality is. Create and ship assets that tell our story across all channels - from videos and campaigns to imagery, messaging, and more. Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ensure brand consistency across product experience and all external touchpoints. Collaborate with and manage agencies or freelancers to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with our vision. Champion our brand internally, ensuring every team member understands and amplifies who we are and why we exist. What We’re Looking For Experience in both agency and in-house environments - bringing a mix of creative variety and deep brand focus. A blend of brand strategy and hands-on execution - you can think big and execute small details flawlessly. A portfolio that demonstrates brand storytelling, campaign work, and creative direction across multiple mediums (video, digital, OOH, etc.). Strong collaboration skills - you can confidently partner with leadership and cross-functional teams. A natural sense for narrative, aesthetics, and emotional resonance - you know how to make a brand feel alive. Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or category creation. Strong copywriting or messaging background. Creative direction experience with agencies or production teams.
