We’re one of the most successful regional gaming and hospitality companies in the country and need a Digital Marketing Project Manager to help us with the upgrade of our company’s websites. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time and within scope and within budget. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to manage expectations, communicate deadlines, or needed deliverables and help move the project forward. You should have a strong background in project management and experience with website development – specific Sitecore experience is required. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with senior sponsors, our website consultants, and internal teams This position requires in-depth knowledge of website CMS best practices: building pages, A/B testing, SEO/SEM strategies, tracking, and optimization. We’re also looking for you to bring your POV on how to improve our guest and internal stakeholders’ experiences, lead projects that deliver high impact and train the next generation of content editors. This is a highly visible role where the Digital Marketing Project Manager will work closely with corporate and multi-property departments, vendors, and agency partners. You’ll be based out of our Maryland or Philadelphia location but often work remotely. This non-supervisory position is an independent contractor role starting 11/2025 and through Q1 2027. This position is 100% remote with occasional travel to the properties. We are targeting a rate of $60 per hour, expect this to be a 40 hours/week role and do not offer any benefits. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an Impact: Project Management Develop and manage the project plan including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and agencies to ensure project requirements are clear and understood to avoid scope creep. Schedule meetings, distribute meeting minutes and ensure next steps coming out of meetings are completed. Develop and manage project budgets including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project is completed within budget. Coordinate with Director of Digital Marketing and senior stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met against scope. Work with Director of Digital Marketing to manage project resources, including Live! team members and external vendors. Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Website Management Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of content across all digital platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, NRT mobile app, GA4, SSI restaurant POS), ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Lead the planning and execution of new property website launches and major updates in Sitecore, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. Establish and manage a regular audit framework for website content, imagery, and platform performance, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. Develop and facilitate monthly Sitecore “Drop-In” sessions and implement scalable training programs for property teams to enhance content management capabilities. Oversee issue resolution workflows, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of bugs via Jira, and maintaining strong relationships with the website agency. Manage vendor relationships with the website consulting agency, setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery of bug fixes and enhancement projects aligned with strategic objectives. Identify, prioritize, and advocate for strategic projects based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, and performance data, securing buy-in and resources as needed. Ensure ADA compliance initiatives meet accessibility standards and legal requirements. SEO & Optimization Ensure a comprehensive SEO strategy, including regular audits and optimization initiatives, is implemented. Oversee collaboration with SEM agency to evaluate and apply schema audit recommendations, ensuring technical SEO enhancements are executed effectively. Analytics & Reporting Assist with the development and delivery of monthly analytics reports for websites and mobile platforms using GA and NRT data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc reporting needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making across digital marketing initiatives. Skills to Help You Succeed: Passion for data analysis and creative thinking High level of attention-to-detail and experience managing complex projects Ability to multi-task and stay organized Ability to blend creative and analytical thinking to develop insights and hypotheses based on structured and unstructured data Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in website CMS such as Sitecore, Adobe AEM, etc. Qualifications Must-Haves: Education A four (4)-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations or a related field or equivalent work experience Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Certification is a plus Understanding of Google Tag Manager Experience 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website, mobile app, SEO, and analytics reporting Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms Knowledge of SEO best practices and proven record of improving website and mobile app rankings Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM); Sitecore experience is required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Certification in digital marketing and/or SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMRush) is a plus Gaming experience is not required Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by Maryland and/or Pennsylvania gaming authorities Physical Requirements: Ability to: Occasionally stand for extended periods of time Reach for specific objects at short distances in local working area Sit 80% of the time Use of stairs and elevators What We Offer Life at Live! 24/7 high energy casino with a culture committed to fairness, teamwork, and most importantly FUN.
