Full Description

Role Overview We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our fast-paced team to design and implement new UI/UX for Littlebird, our personalized AI teammate for Mac and Android. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience, across both desktop and mobile platforms. You'll work on consumer-facing and productivity-focused features, translating complex ideas into elegant and user-friendly designs. Littlebird is remote-first; we speak a few languages, love to collaborate, and like to build things that we enjoy using. Key Responsibilities Work closely with R&D and Product leads to design new UX and UI flows Build and maintain design systems with a focus on usability Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction Required Skills Minimum of 2-3 years of professional design experience in a startup or 0-1 environment Proven ability to build complex, responsive user interfaces for desktop, mobile, and web Expert at Figma, including mastery of auto-layouts, components, and variables Prior experience with modern CSS tools like Tailwind, MUI, Tachyons, or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Experience Prior experience with LLM based chat, voice, or content generation systems. You understand how to make AI interactions intuitive and trustworthy. Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS, React) or mobile development (Swift / iOS, Android Studio, React Native). Ability to tackle complex design challenges and come up with elegant, simple solutions.
