The school offers a one-of-a-kind experience for children, enabling them to learn and grow at their own pace. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Professional located in The Woodlands, TX. The Teaching Professional will be responsible for overseeing and implementing lesson plans, facilitating educational activities, fostering a creative and safe learning environment, and encouraging the development of each child’s unique abilities. The role also involves engaging with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative and nurturing educational experience. Qualifications • Experience in Lesson Planning and implementing age-appropriate learning strategies • Strong skills in Education and Teaching to create an engaging and effective learning environment • Excellent Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other team members • Experience in Training and guiding young learners in a structured and nurturing setting • Passion for early childhood education, creativity, and the ability to inspire young minds • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred • Relevant experience in a similar teaching or childcare-related role
