```Job Summary``` • Weds-Friday Shift(s) Afternoon 2:00pm-6:00pm* with weekly pay We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies ```Requirements``` - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment - Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse learners - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
