Our program is recognized as a Demonstrating Quality program (previously known as a 5-star rating) through Great Start to Quality, reflecting intentional teaching practices, structured learning environments, and strong partnerships with families. As a tenured and well-established center, we value clarity, stability, and purpose in our classrooms. We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher for our 3–4 year old classroom who takes pride in thoughtful instruction, classroom leadership, and meaningful early learning. About the Role This classroom is not about crowd control or survival mode. It is about intentional teaching, predictable routines, and helping preschoolers build independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Our program uses the HighScope Curriculum, emphasizing active learning, child choice, and purposeful teacher guidance within a structured environment.
