If you share these values, we’d love to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Allocation Management Manage vehicle allocation, including preferencing and ordering. Learn and understand model numbers, colors, and equipment packages. Leverage AI tools to optimize allocation decisions and predict demand trends. Inventory Analysis Monitor inventory trends and order limitations. Gain proficiency in the Ford WBDO system and order processes. Use AI-driven analytics to identify patterns, forecast inventory needs, and improve ordering accuracy. Communication Participate in wholesale meetings with manufacturer representatives. Collaborate with the management team, Loaner Administrator, and DT drivers. Utilize AI-powered reporting tools to streamline communication and provide actionable insights. Dealer Trades Coordinate dealer trades, ensuring: Timely pick-up and drop-off. No damage during transport. Financial equality and alignment with dealership needs. Manage driver schedules, routes, gas cards, dealer plates, and related logistics. Apply AI-based route optimization for efficient scheduling and cost savings. Physical Inventory Audits Conduct regular audits to ensure: Proper key management. Accurate lot location tracking. Vehicle condition (cleanliness, tire pressure, battery health, etc.). Implement AI-assisted audit tools for faster and more accurate inventory checks. Loaner Program Management Oversee loaner vehicle inventory and key management. Enforce program guidelines for mileage and time limits. Evaluate loaner vehicles against inventory needs. Work with the Loaner Administrator on aging vehicles, maintenance, and overall condition. Use AI to monitor loaner utilization, predict maintenance needs, and optimize fleet performance.
