Responsibilities • Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes. • Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle. • Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills. • Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs. • Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary. • Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard. Qualifications • Excellent time management skills. • Available on Saturday.
