Available Office Locations: |Denver, CO||Raleigh, NC||Chicago, IL||Holmdel, NJ||Austin, TX||Philadelphia,PA|Boston, MA| New York City | Toronto Overview The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving product excellence across a complex and fastgrowing portfolio of legal technology solutions. This role partners closely with product management, engineering, UX, data, and gotomarket teams to streamline workflows, enhance transparency, and ensure strong alignment between strategic priorities and daytoday execution. This individual will be a key operational driver for scaling product practices,optimizingtooling, and enabling highperforming teams as the organization expands. Key Responsibilities: • Support thescalingproduct excellence across multiple product lines and platforms. • Driveannualcalendar ofstrategic and operatingcadenceto develop avirtuous cycle ofoperational rhythm. • Define, improve, and operationalize core product processes (e.g.,roadmapping, quarterly planning, product reviews, launch readiness) to increase velocity and accountability. • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across product, engineering, UX, customer success, and gotomarket teams. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, workflow adherence, and productdeliveryhealth. • Own and administer product tools (e.g., Jira,Replit, Confluence,Pendo,analytics platforms), including configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization. • Ensure data integrity and standardization across all product systems and workflows. • Lead onboarding and training for product teams on tools, processes, and best practices. • Evaluatenew technologiesand solutions that improve team collaboration, visibility, and execution. • Support scenario planning, resource mapping, and forecasting to enable leadership decisionmaking. • Partner with GTM teams to ensurelaunchreadiness, including documentation, stakeholder alignment, and success metrics. • Build scalable frameworks for intake, prioritization, feedback management, and customer insights. Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related role within technology or SaaS organizations. • Proven experience working with complex product portfolios and cross-functional teams. • Advancedproficiencyin Jira, Confluence, and other product lifecycle tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights,identifygaps, and implement improvements. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and structure in ambiguous environments. Nice to Haves • Experience in legal technology, compliance, or regulated industries. • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo,Mixpanel, Amplitude). • Background in agile coaching, product management, or UX operations. • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or project management. • Experience with change management or scaling organizations through highgrowth phases. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 in the United States.
