As a Data Management Specialist, you have the chance to learn how product data powers a food company behind the scenes-while building valuable skills in a growing, employee-owned organization. What You'll Do Learn and follow established procedures to maintain accurate product and supply chain data. Enter and update product information including packaging details, nutritional data, marketing features, and images. Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across internal systems. Maintain documentation and records in SharePoint and TraceGains. Support internal teams such as Sales, R&D, Customer Service, and Regulatory with product data requests. Build strong working relationships through clear, timely communication. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners. Grow your knowledge of Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) standards through training and hands-on experience. What You Bring High School diploma or equivalent required. 2+ in food manufacturing, compliance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas.
