Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Duties • Plan and implement dynamic daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and developmental milestones. • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, social interaction, and emotional growth. • Monitor and support children's behavioral development through effective behavior management strategies. • Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment; administer first aid when necessary. • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, needs, and any concerns. • Incorporate inclusive practices to support children with disabilities or special educational needs. • Manage classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor activities with professionalism and care. • Use classroom management techniques to promote respectful interactions among children and staff. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental assessments, and incident reports. • Support children's physical health by adhering to childcare health protocols and hygiene standards. Qualifications • Prior experience working with children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is essential. • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. • Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment. • Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children through nannying or babysitting roles is highly valued. • Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively. • Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages. • Passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth into confident learners.
