A beverage manufacturer seeking for a highly motivated and responsible individual who is willing to learn and adapt to our fun and exciting industry. Job Descriptions • Supply chain management and inventory control of all products • Shipment logistics of all products within the united states • Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management • Monitor supply levels and reorder as necessary • Tag and monitor fixed assets • Manage AR and AP in a timely manner • Issue invoices to customers • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy • Issue financial statements • Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements • Assemble information for external auditorsfor the annual audit • Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system • Maintain the chart of accounts • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed. Proficiency with Quick Books ability to solve problems is mandatory.
