Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day social media presence of our corporate brand and property portfolio. This role blends strategy and creativity. Planning, creating, and publishing content that tells our story, engages our audience, and supports broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is passionate about digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content for property and corporate accounts. • Develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Film, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content. • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms. • Support paid social campaigns and digital ads to drive traffic and qualified leads. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property websites, Google Business Profiles, and ILS listings (e.g., Apartments.com, Zillow, Apartment List). • Produce content for social media, blogs, newsletters, investor updates, and property highlights. • Partner with onsite teams to capture stories, photos, and resident testimonials. • Design graphics, flyers, and digital assets in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and creative assets. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards. Reputation & Community Engagement • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. • Partner with onsite teams to amplify authentic resident and property stories. • Support review management and response strategies. Event & Community Engagement • Help plan and promote resident events to build community culture. • Assist communities with planning and promoting events, sponsorships, or partnerships. Digital Marketing Support • Stay current on platform trends, hashtags, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement. • Coordinate digital campaigns (email & social boosts). • Maintain consistent brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints. • Assist with content creation for newsletters, blog posts, and marketing collateral. Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.). • Compile monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
