Responsibilities: • Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce Lion Energy's battery and solar generator products. • Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy solutions and assist them in making informed purchase decisions. • Utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to achieve sales targets. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required Skills: • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus. • Technical proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft 365, and other sales software. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues and objections effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
