Our esteemed law firm is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Litigation Associates with 2–4 years of experience. Our dedicated team represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants, providing a comprehensive perspective on legal matters involving general liability defense litigation, medical malpractice, construction accidents, commercial, personal injury, condominium, and business litigation. Position Overview: You will gain immediate, hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation, working directly alongside seasoned trial attorneys on complex, high-profile matters. Immediate exposure to all phases of litigation, including conducting substantive legal research, drafting motions and briefs, preparing for and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and assisting at hearings and trial alongside experienced litigators.
