This role is one of our foundational U.S. commercial hires. The Opportunity As our Principal New Sales Consultant, you will own a Technology market vertical (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Security, Automation, Datacenter, Robotics). You will drive new client acquisition, win enterprise relationships, and build a sustainable book of business with lifetime ownership of every logo you bring in. This is ideal for a commercial hunter ready to step into a higher-impact role with top-tier earning potential. Year 1 OTE: $150,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped) What You’ll Do • Own a specialist U.S. Technology vertical and build it into a multi-million-dollar practice • Prospect, win, and close net-new enterprise clients (vendors, SaaS companies, system integrators, engineering firms) • Run intelligent, consultative sales cycles using Linnk’s Route-to-Market methodology • Build deep market intelligence across hiring managers, skills, rates, and trends • Map stakeholders, identify decision-makers, and develop multi-threaded client relationships • Work closely with global delivery teams across UK, EMEA, India & Americas • Shape the early commercial culture of our Austin office • Follow a structured GTM playbook: market testing, candidate intel, manager mapping, stakeholder onboarding, enterprise registration • Represent Linnk at industry events, conferences, and client sites What You’ll Bring • Minimum 3+ years new business / sales experience in staffing (Technology strongly preferred) • Datacenter, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, or infrastructure clients are a bonus • Proven success winning and growing contract/contingent staffing clients • Ability to run full sales cycles independently and close commercial agreements • Entrepreneurial mindset with high activity levels • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Why Linnk • Stable, profitable, privately backed business with global scale • 150+ employees across 7 countries; 400+ consultants deployed • $2M investment into AI, Digital Services, and U.S. expansion • Zero-ego culture, high expectations, deeply collaborative • Internal L&D Academy + AI-driven competency development • Structured progression: Senior → Principal → Lead → Director • W2 employment: with packages available which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), payroll stability, and more Career Progression This hire sits on our leadership track.
