Lead and manage a team to drive adoption of systems and tools through user engagement, training, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience in systems adoption, team leadership, data-driven decision making, user-centric approaches, communication skills, and change management expertise.
Responsibilities will include: Coordinating with the global team, product teams and other stakeholders to plan, design and drive the adoption of systems, tools, and services across the regional base. Working closely with user groups and mapping user journeys to understand adoption needs and tailor strategies accordingly. Managing a high-performing team, allocating resources, and implementing development plans to ensure team members are progressing in their roles. Supporting the development and delivery of a wide range of solutions to facilitate system and tool adoption. Providing training and support to team members and end-users to maximize the effective use of systems and tools. Implementing change management strategies to ease the transition for users adapting to new systems and processes. Analyzing and interpreting data on system usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making. Preparing reports and documentation to communicate adoption progress and outcomes to stakeholders. Developing feedback loops with users to continuously improve adoption processes and address challenges promptly. Localizing global content to meet the specific needs of local users and ensure relevance. Guiding, advising and managing the regional Local Trainer Network. Ensuring compliance with the Firm's policies and standards during the adoption process. Assisting Product Owners in managing relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality adoption solutions. Developing and maintaining communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of adoption progress, challenges, and success stories. Skills & Experience Proven Experience in Systems Adoption: Extensive experience delivering solutions, coordinating projects, and working closely with users to tailor strategies that drive the adoption of systems, tools, and processes while building networks of support. Strong Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in managing teams, including resource allocation, implementing development plans, and fostering team growth. Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing system usage and engagement metrics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements User-Centric Approach: Adept at understanding user needs, mapping user journeys, and implementing strategies that maximize adoption, ease transitions, and enhance the overall user experience. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong capability to prepare reports and convey adoption progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, alongside creating engaging communication plans and delivering effective training. Collaborative and Cross-Functional Work: Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions. Technological Curiosity: Passion for AI tools, digital technologies, and learning innovations, with the ability to clearly highlight their benefits and address resistance to adoption. Change Management Expertise: Successful track record in implementing strategies to smooth transitions for users adapting to new tools and processes. Proactive Continuous Improvement: Focused on creating feedback loops, gathering insights, and leading initiatives to improve adoption processes and address challenges promptly. The base salary range offered for this role will be between $128,500 and $157,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
