Project Manager Metro Detroit MI Utilities Experience Required We are seeking a detail-oriented experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams clients and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope on schedule and on budget. Responsibilities : Lead all phases of project management : planning execution monitoring and closeout Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution Track and manage project budgets schedules and risks Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Prepare status reports forecasts and presentations for clients and leadership Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety protocols and industry standards Mentor and support project team members including coordinators and field staff Requirements : Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or Business 5 years of project management experience in utilities PMP certification or equivalent preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Project Excel Power BI and SharePoint Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Compensation and Benefits : Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical dental and vision benefits (eligible after 90 days 100% employer-covered for employees) 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match (eligible after 6 months fully vested on day one) Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Additional voluntary benefits available (Accident Critical Illness Short-Term Disability HSA / FSA Life AD&D) Paid holidays and PTO (available after 90 days additional vesting over time) Parental leave for eligible employees Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential counseling coaching and financial planning resources How to Apply : Qualified candidates with utilities experience should submit their resume for consideration.
