ServiceNow ITOM Architect About the role We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale IT Operations Management solutions. You'll own the architecture of ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, automation, and operational visibility across hybrid/cloud environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with strong influence on platform strategy and best practices. Who you are You’re a hands-on architect with a passion for operational automation and clean architecture. You enjoy solving complex platform challenges, building scalable frameworks, and driving best practices across teams.
