As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team and help expand our presence in the Seattle area. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Partnerships • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Seattle area, building strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, and parent groups. • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including educational fairs, workshops, and community events, to increase brand visibility and engagement. Client Relationship Management • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and institutional partners. • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to promote LingoAce’s programs effectively. Market Analysis & Strategy Development • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and refine regional growth strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and achieve market expansion goals. Sales & Performance Management • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive business growth in the Seattle area. • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance metrics, market insights, and progress toward objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education sector. • Must be located in the Seattle area. Strong connections and established partnerships within the local community are a significant advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with local education landscape is a huge plus. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and meetings. • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
