We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to join our dental office! This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. In addition, each month, Lindner Dental attends charity or community events off-site (5K, Turkey Trots, etc.) and this position would need to attend, take pictures, help set up and break down table and post on our various social media sites. Schedule: We are looking for someone who can work "parents" hours in our office, with an occasional ability to work remotely. An ideal schedule would be Monday to Friday 9-2 however we are flexible. RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media: Manage all social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Pinterest as well as send email blasts when necessary. Design social posts and record videos incorporating all practice areas, contests, office events, important days and holidays. Create monthly calendar content. Fresh Content: Oversees in-house photo and video shoots to gather fresh and current content for marketing purposes. Works with department leads to develop trending topics for our website and social post blogs. Ad Agency Communication: Actively collaborates with Ad Agency in the creation and implementation of the practice’s yearly Marketing Plan. Meets monthly with our Agency Representative to discuss media reports, digital campaign statistics, social engagement and overall growth. Update Lindner’s Media Calendar. JOB SPECIFICATION: · Experience in Social Media, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations · Experience in Canva required · Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist · Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills · Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge · Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO · Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels · Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Our Mission LDA is a multi-specialty practice dedicated to providing dental excellence with care and compassion to your family for a lifetime.
