POSITION OVERVIEW: The role is ideal for candidates with mechanical skills who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently. Whether you have prior installation experience or transferable skills from fields such as cable installation, beverage system setup, or general mechanical work, this opportunity allows you to apply your abilities in a growing industry. Installers will use their own vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursed in accordance with IRS rules. NuCO2 provides comprehensive on-the-job training and CO2 installation certification, giving you the knowledge and credentials needed to perform installations safely and effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Install CO2 monitoring equipment and CO2 power monitors at designated customer sites • Ensure proper functionality, and safety compliance of installed devices • Communicate effectively with depot management and customer representatives during installations • Document installation details using a company-provided cell phone and FSM (Field Service Management) app • Provide basic troubleshooting and service support as needed • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Qualifications • Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 24 months • Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents or more than 1 moving violation within the last 24 months) • Must be at least 21 years of age • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently • Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening • Must have reliable access to a personal vehicle for daily use and are willing to travel locally using your own vehicle. (Will be provided mileage reimbursement.) • Prior installation or technician experience (e.g., cable installers, soda and beer dispensing systems, or similar mechanical/technical fields) preferred
