The Opportunity: Limitlessli is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and scale day-to-day operations across our core service divisions. This role is responsible for operational excellence, performance optimization, and team leadership across both our global remote staffing and U.S.-based service offerings. The VP of Operations will oversee the CASM Division (global remote recruiting and staffing for U.S.-based placements) and the SASM Division (MDS, clinical services, and U.S. HR consulting and staffing). This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, technical expertise, and exceptional relationship management with both clients and internal teams. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Own and oversee end-to-end daily operations across CASM and SASM divisions. Drive consistent, scalable, and compliant operational processes across global and U.S. service lines. Partner closely with the COO and leading partner to align operational execution with strategic priorities. Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, SLAs, and quality benchmarks. People & Team Leadership Directly manage and develop 3–5 Senior Operations Managers. Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture focused on execution, service quality, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, performance management, and succession planning for operational leadership. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, HR, finance, compliance, and client services teams Client & Relationship Management Maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Serve as an escalation point for complex operational or client-related issues. Demonstrate a proven ability to retain clients through proactive communication, operational reliability, and trust-based relationships. Process, Technology & Scale Leverage technology, data, and reporting to drive operational efficiency and visibility. Identify and implement process improvements to support rapid growth and operational scale. Ensure operational readiness for new client onboarding, service expansions, and regulatory requirements. Partner with leadership on systems optimization, automation, and performance metrics. Execution & Agility Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required. Quickly adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and market conditions. Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Vice President of Operations role within a remote staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services organization. Demonstrated experience leading multi-division or multi-service operations. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client and internal team relationships. Strong technical and operational acumen, including systems, reporting, and process optimization. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship. Preferred Healthcare, clinical services, or HR consulting/staffing experience. Experience managing globally distributed teams supporting U.S.-based clients.
